Disaster Risk Assessment Scheme—A Road System Survey for Budapest

This study presents a method to analyze the most critical elements of public road system concerning outer effects which hinder normal operation whole system. The surveyed network in Budapest, Hungary is studied as graph: Dijkstra’s algorithm applied find shortest path, and Boykov-Kolmogorov used calculate maximum flow network. Those are identified whose damage can critically influence network, where infrastructure available for rescue teams has bottleneck. Finally, Wilcoxon post hoc test was with Bonferroni correction. tests have proven that new successfully identify vulnerabilities determine its weak points by considering reduced capacities increased needs transportation arising due disaster. pilot confirmed after elimination problems statistical methods, framework robustly those development key importance from disaster management perspective.
